Heather Bridges Moshier is the Director of The Genesis House, Inc. serving multiple counties within PA. Heather holds a Master’s Degree in Business and Public Administration, an undergraduate degree in Human Services, an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice and psychology, and is a Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor (CAADC). She is currently attending Temple Universities MSW program and will complete her second masters in June of 2020. Heather has been working in the field of addictions since 2001 and in the field of criminal justice since 1994. She uses that experience to design innovative programs, recovery and treatment approaches and implementing effective therapeutic approaches. She understands the profound interactions of drug dependency and contributing emotional and psychological factors and can treat individuals in a comprehensive and integrated fashion. Also, she has developed effective approaches for individuals suffering from substance use disorders and criminality. Heather especially enjoys working with individuals who are incarcerated and are a part of the criminal justice system. Heather is happily married to Jason, and they are the proud parents of four children, Lydia, feline Ari, K9 Junior, and K9 Jackson. Outside the office, she enjoys motorcycle riding, fostering dogs, advocating for animals, hiking, traveling, kickboxing, and other sports.
